We are InSearch of a Network Administrator for our client in their Missouri office. This is a full time staff opportunity and does require the ability to work onsite. Sponsorship is NOT available for this opportunity. No contract options.
Compensation: $65-$90K Annually
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain our client’s local area network, phone and audio systems, servers, and their security environment. This requires hands on experience with commonly accepted practices and procedures such as DNS, DHCP, IP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, SNMP, HTTP, LLDP, VLAN, WiFi, SSL, IPSec, Layer-2 and 3 Topologies.
- Involved with the design and planning of the network, install and integrate new server hardware and applications, configure network equipment like routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN accelerators, maintain network hardware, software, and communication links, troubleshooting unresponsive programs and developing solutions to network issues, schedule upgrades and assess, approve, and administer equipment, hardware, and software upgrades, monitor for updates and malfunctions to ensure optimal performance and security, and approve, and administer equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
- Support Microsoft environments to include Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory, GPO, cloud-based services including Azure AD, and Office 365 mail environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot the Company’s video conferencing system
- Manage AVAYA VOIP PBX System and Shoretel VOIP PBX System
- Manage enterprise network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, VPNs and access points
- Manage Cyber-Security issues and threats as well as design and implement security awareness training and procedures
- Manage storage environment as well as backup and recovery of data
- Manage the company’s virtual environment using Microsoft Hyper V
- IT troubleshooting using a main ticketing system
