Our client is InSearch of a Power Platform Architect will help lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for creating scalable, secure, and efficient applications and automation workflows, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Compensation: $120-150K, Full Time, Hybrid, Omaha or Kansas City Area

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Develop and enforce governance standards, best practices, and security protocols for Power Platform implementations.
- Provide technical leadership for the design and deployment of integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Lead organizational efforts around Power Platform projects and collaborate with other developers.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure, and integration frameworks.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise application deployment.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or similar certification preferred.
- Knowledge of data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise security principles preferred.
